A restaurant was getting a write-up in a local magazine and paid for a photographer's services.

The pictures were absolutely gorgeous, and when the owners of the restaurant asked for their copies, the photographer said that they had paid for the photos to be taken and to be used in the magazine; and if they wanted to use them elsewhere, they would have to buy the license and the copyrights to those photos to use them elsewhere.
