Hiring Atlanta Business Photographers

Our services are intended for small businesses, and are priced accordingly.

You will receive a CD with high-resolution print versions and low-resolution web images of your pictures (except party photos), and as always, with Atlanta Business Photographers, "You Own It," at no extra charge!

Note: Although we do not do weddings or family portraits, we will be happy to recommend photographers for you who will do an excellent job.

"I Have a List of Pictures that I Need Taken."
$85/hour - four hour minimum.

Making a list of photos that you need will save you a lot of time and money. This service can be products, facility, or general photos. Your imagination is the limit.

Your shoot comes with one additional hour for looking at proofs for final photo selections and two hours of processing/touch up time. Additional time will be billed at the hourly rate.

"I Don't Have a List, but I Need Pictures."
$85/hour - four hour minimum.

Sometimes, it is best to just let the photographer start shooting away. This service can be products, facility, or general photos. Any guidance you can provide will be followed as the photographer determines what needs to be shot in your facility (often resulting in some surprising detail shots!).

Your shoot comes with one additional hour for looking at proofs for final photo selections and two hours of processing/touch up time. Additional time will be billed at the hourly rate.

"I Want Photos Taken at an Event/Party"
$300 for three hours - $75 each additional hour.

This service consists entirely of low-resolution web images, which allows a lot more shooting over a longer period of time. We provide one photographer to go around the party and take pictures.

Each hour includes a 15-minute break for the photographer. Easily accessible secure space must be made available for the photographer's equipment as well as an electrical outlet for downloading and/or battery charging station purposes. Photographers are responsible for any bills they run up and are not permited to drink alcohol without your explicit permission. We do ask that water be made available (tap or bottled) to the photographer.

The photos will be reviewed by the photographer, where they will delete bad or compromising photos and provide you with a CD at the end of the event of all the remaining photos.

Note that while the photographer will attempt to remove all of the bad photos, some may be missed, so you should review them before posting or distributing them. Atlanta Business Photographers and Website Dave, Inc. are not liable for inappropriate distribution or publishing of any files.

"Emergency! I Need a Photo Taken NOW!"
$120/hour - Two hour minimum.

The small business world is ever-changing and things come up and opportunities arise all the time, ripe for the company prepared to take advantage of them.

Emergency services center around one or two photographs. They will be selected and touched up on site (if needed), and you will receive a disk with the completed project, ready to go for print and web. If you need graphic or ad layout services at the same time, we can provide them for you as well.

You will need to be available during the process for questions and for proofing purposes and/or specific direction. This doesn't mean that you have to be with the photographer. It simply means that the photographer needs to be able to easily communicate with you and you will need to be able to take looks at the photographs in various points of processing.

Travel time to and from your location is billable with this service.

Considerations and Notices:

Late night photography is available. Late night rates (30% additional) apply from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am.

1/2 payment of estimated time is payable before the photo session begins. The remaining balance is payable upon delivery of your photograph files. Checks should be made payable to "Website Dave, Inc."

You will own the rights to all delivered photos. You are paying for the photographer's time. If a shoot is unsuccessful, contact us and we will reschedule another shoot (excluding party and emergency services).
